Jennifer Boyle brings over 24 years of nonprofit experience, exclusively dedicated to serving youth, to her role as President & CEO of Junior Achievement of Central Virginia (JA). Rooted in her passion for empowering young people, Jennifer leads a dedicated team of seven in their efforts to provide transformative experiences for the region's youth, fostering confidence, resources, and social capital along the way. As a proud fifth-generation Richmonder and graduate of Richmond Public Schools, Jennifer's deep ties to the community fuel her commitment to JA's mission.

Her journey to leadership at JA saw her serve as Executive Director of MENTOR Virginia, where she navigated organizational transitions, exceeding goals while addressing critical issues like racial inequities in mentoring.

Returning to JA in her current leadership role marks a homecoming of sorts for Jennifer, who previously served as Vice President of Operations. Jennifer's instrumental contributions included spearheading the capital campaign for JA Finance Park and amplifying volunteer engagement, underscoring her tireless dedication to JA's overarching mission.

Jennifer's journey also includes impactful roles at the Children's Museum of Richmond, where she honed her skills in development, education, and guest services.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a proud alumna of programs such as the Leadership Metro Richmond cohort of 2018, the Emerging Nonprofit Leaders Program with Nonprofit Learning Point, and the Penn State/JA Managerial program. Her commitment to continuous learning and service underscores her dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people in Central Virginia.
