Jennifer Boyle President & CEO - Leadership
Jennifer Boyle is the president and CEO of Junior Achievement of Central Virginia (JACV), a nonprofit dedicated to accelerating economic opportunity and mobility for young people. With over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, exclusively with organizations that serve youth, she has extensive knowledge of the Richmond community and nonprofit landscape.
Jennifer joined JACV in 2012 and served as community relations manager and vice president of operations. In 2020, she stepped away from JACV to become the executive director of MENTOR Virginia, where she navigated major organizational transitions, exceeded goals, and addressed critical issues in youth mentoring
She returned to JACV in 2021 in her current role, leading an enthusiastic and dedicated team. Her journey includes impactful roles at the Children's Museum of Richmond, where she honed her skills in development, education, and guest services.
Jennifer’s passion lies in building and fostering partnerships, driving collective impact for young people and our communities. As a fifth-generation Richmonder and graduate of Richmond Public Schools, Jennifer's deep ties to the community fuel her commitment to JA's mission and the overall success of our region.
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a proud alumna of Leadership Metro Richmond’s 2018 cohort, the Emerging Nonprofit Leaders Program, the Penn State/JA Managerial program, and the Hemak Strategic Leadership Program through the Center for Creative Leadership.
She spends her time spoiling her dog, wondering why her adult children don’t call her enough, and enjoying everything that Richmond has to offer.
